We’re Prairie Roots Community Land Trust (PRCLT) – a subsidiary of NeighborWorks Lincoln.
We are a community land trust dedicated to creating permanently affordable housing and economic opportunities in our city. Rooted in sustainability and community empowerment, our mission is to ensure that every Lincolnite has a stable and affordable place to call home.
We’re here to create something different – something lasting. By placing land under community stewardship we protect affordability, prevent displacement, and build stronger neighborhoods from the ground up.
